About the winemaker
Located between Nantes and Clisson, this 150 year-old estate is currently run by father and son Rémi and Jean-Jacques Bonnet along with Vincent Pineau. The property is blessed with a variety of terroirs including granite, gneiss, micashistes,
gabbro and amphibolites. Biodynamic treatments in the vineyard are complemented by wild yeasts, low SO2 use, long lees contact and ageing in stainless steel or underground fiberglass vats (as is the custom in Muscadet). They have farmed their land biodynamically for years and have been certified since 2010.
