A delicious dark rosato/light red that is really great for the summer. Lovely strawberry and melon a flavours and off-dry. Serve very cold. 

About the winemaker
Vincenzo's vineyards follow biodynamic cultivation practices, utilizing winter green manure for fertilization and pruning during the waning moon phase. This particular wine originates from a 21-year-old vineyard located near the sea, offering distinctive growing conditions. It remains unfiltered and contains no added sulphites, with fermentation taking place spontaneously in stainless steel tanks without temperature regulation.
