La Cidrerie du Golfe makes fabulous organic ciders in Brittany from a variety of apples, including their Gueule du Bois made in a solera system. No chemicals are used in the vineyards and no SO2 is added. We have been importing these ciders
from Marc for years, having first met him at an off-tasting at Grenier Saint-Jean in the middle of tasting hundreds of wines over a couple of days. They are as refreshing now as they were then!
